I spent 20 +dollars at GNC for some of their colon cleanse.  It is a 21 day digestive health program.  My take on it?  Bull shit.  I don't feel any different than the first day I took it.  No super duper bowel movement, no feeling like I am flushed...I did de hydrate like a muthafucka though.

If you look up colonix online...I think this may be the route I go.  I wanna be super clean internally.
